APPLY TO BE A VENDOR

The Frat Games are produced by a team of volunteers who work to bring together the Divine Nine community while keeping our tradition of excellence, unity, and friendship alive in Southern California. The games are open to D9 members, auxiliaries, and interests. Vendor donations allow us to offset the costs not covered by the teams including music, giveaways, and more.

Thank you for applying to be a vendor for The Frat Games 2025 Softball Season! Games will be held on Sundays, June 15 - August 24,2025 starting at 2pm  PT.

Vendor setup is allowed one (1) hour before the 1st game each week.

INQUIRIES / WAITLIST:
You are applying to be on the vendor waitlist. Acceptance emails will begin going out by or before eod June 2, 2025. If we do not hear from interested vendors within 48 hours, those accepted from our waitlist will receive an email. You will only be contacted by us only if you have been accepted. Acceptance is not guaranteed, even if you are a returning vendor. We do not send decline emails nor application status updates to any applicants. Requests from applicants regarding the status of their application may not be answered. While we would like to include everyone, space is limited and we aim to limit competing products or services.

VENDOR SELECTION:

This year we are allowed five (5) vendors in the park, only one (1) of which can sell hot food (note: hot food vendor MUST have a health permit filed before each event and visible to consumers during the event).

VENDOR FEES:

You must pay your $100/week non-refundable and nontransferable vendor fee within 24 hours of receiving an acceptance email. Please add our email as a contact so it doesn't go to your spam/junk folder. Failure to make payment by the date given in that email will lead to your spot being given to another vendor on the waitlist. Payment instructions will also be given at time of vendor approval. No refunds will be provided for any reason.

VENDOR SETUP:
Setup varies by game time. Vendors are responsible for their entire setup including one (1) tent, one (1), two (2) chairs, retractable signage, generators, extension cords, and lighting.  At the end of the games, vendors are responsible for cleaning up in and around their setup area. Vendors will also be responsible for their own cleanup.

VENDOR LOADING/UNLOADING:
Vendors and guests are NOT allowed to drive any vehicle or motorcycle on the track or the grass at any time for any reason. This is a violation and you will be asked to remove it. Vendors who do not comply will not be asked to return for future events and will not receive a refund. Failure to comply with parking does not constitute compliance by The Frat Games. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE NOR HOLD SPACE FOR FOOD TRUCKS INSIDE THE PARK.

You may drive up to the small side gate (alongside the tennis courts) from the north parking lot to unload and reload only. You must IMMEDIATELY move your car so as not to obstruct traffic flow or other drop-offs. You may, however, use a dolly or a hand wagon to transport goods from the side gate to our softball area. The Frat Games team is not responsible for locked gates before, during, or after each game.

All vendors must setup on the grass along the west side of the restrooms and east of the sidewalk. Please allow walking room in front of your table keeping an allowable space between the grass and the running track. Unless pre-approved, vendors must stay through the entirety of the event so as not to disrupt the games. No vehicles will be allowed in the park during The Frat Games activities.

VENDOR PARKING:
A free parking lot and street parking are available along Pincay. An additional free parking lot is available on the south side of the park off of Crenshaw/Arbor Vitae.

VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
By submitting this application or attending, you acknowledge that attendance is at your own risk and responsibility.
